Ellen Adarna on Financial Independence: 'I Don't Depend'
In an Instagram Q&A session, Ellen Adarna shared her approach to financial matters with her ex-partners. When asked about managing finances with her baby daddies, she stated, 'I don't depend.'
Adarna explained that she maintains a simple and straightforward attitude towards financial contributions from her exes. 'If they give, they give. If they don't, they don't. It's that straightforward,' she said. 'I don't demand anything from them.'
This response comes as Adarna navigates a new phase in her life, following her public revelation about her husband, Derek Ramsay's, alleged infidelity. In November, she exposed their separation, detailing that she was temporarily staying in his house while her own home was being renovated. She also mentioned that John Lloyd Cruz, the father of her son, Elias, has been a supportive provider.
Adarna's decision to move back to Cebu to be closer to her family is a planned transition. She explained that her eldest child, Elias, is still studying, which is the primary reason she hasn't yet relocated. 'If he wasn't studying, I would've packed my bags and gone. It would've been easier for me,' she noted.
Despite the challenges, Adarna remains focused on her well-being and daily routines. She has been actively involved in her son's school life, including dropping him off, picking him up, and preparing his meals. Her openness about her personal life and financial independence has sparked curiosity and discussion among her followers and fans.
